The event begins at 4pm sharp. Seating is limited, so we ask that younger folks make the chairs available first to friends and family and sit instead around the stone arc behind the seats. There will be ushers to show you the way.
Gentlemen should wear a button down shirt, slacks and a jacket, ties are welcome but not required. Ladies should feel free to wear whatever is appropriate considering the venue.
The Governor’s Residence at the Boettcher Mansion is located on the southeast corner of 8th Avenue and Logan Street in Denver at 400 8th Avenue.
Entry to the Venue
The wedding is taking place in the garden and Carriage House area. Guests are asked to use the 8th avenue entrance and walk through the Governor’s mansion.
The Residence lot is located at the southwest corner of 8th Avenue and Logan Street. The lot is free of charge and divided into 2 sections. Spaces are limited, so please use Lyft, or public transportation if possible as many guests will be driving from out of town and the lot only has 75 spots. Please read signs carefully to ensure you are parked in the appropriate section.
Metered and non-metered street-side parking is available throughout the surrounding neighborhood and is generally limited to 2 hours.
Bicycle racks are located at the southwest corner of 8th Avenue and Logan Street, and also at the Carriage House entrance, 750 Logan Street.
The Residence is most directly served by routes 0 and 6.
